With an operating range from 2 to 6GHz, TGA2578-CP delivers 30W saturated output power with a power-added efficiency of >30%, and >26dB small signal gain. Available in a 10-lead 15 x 15mm bolt-down package, TGA2578-CP features a pure Cu base for superior thermal management.
