Mighty Gecko Mesh Modules
Silicon Labs Mighty Gecko Mesh Modules are built on the Silicon Labs EFR32 Mighty Gecko SoC family and are designed to enable Zigbee, Thread, and multiprotocol networks. These small form factor mesh modules allow the fastest time to market and are ideal for lower volume (< 100K) applications. The fully certified Mighty Gecko integrates all components (Crystals, RF passives and Antenna) required for a system-level implementation of Zigbee and Thread mesh networks. At +10dBm and +17dBm these modules meet the worldwide regulatory requirements for IEEE 802.15.4 2.4GHz used in both Zigbee and Thread networks.
EFR32MG13 Mighty Gecko Multi-Protocol SOCs
Silicon Labs EFR32MG13 Mighty Gecko Multi-Protocol Wireless SOCs are energy-friendly MCUs with a highly integrated radio transceiver. The EFR32MG13 can be used for battery operated application and other systems requiring high-performance and low-energy consumption. The SOCs are single-die solution with energy efficiency, ultrafast wakeup times, a scalable power amplifier, and no-compromise MCU features. The EFR32MG13 is Silicon Labs first SoC that fully supports Bluetooth 5.0.
