The CSD95480RWJ NexFET™ power stage is a highly optimized design for use in a high-power, high-density synchronous buck converter. This product integrates the driver IC and power MOSFETs to complete the power stage switching function. This combination produces high-current, high-efficiency, and high-speed switching capability in a small 5-mm × 6-mm outline package. It also integrates the accurate current sensing and temperature sensing functionality to simplify system design and improve accuracy. In addition, the PCB footprint has been optimized to help reduce design time and simplify the completion of the overall system design.
CSD95480RWJ Buck NexFET Smart Power Stages
OMO Electronic CSD95480RWJ 70A Synchronous Buck NexFET™ Smart Power Stages implement a highly optimized design into a high-power, high-density synchronous buck converter. Integrating the driver IC and power MOSFETs completes the power stage switching function producing a high-current, high-efficiency, and high-speed switching capability in a small 5mm × 6mm outline package. An enhanced accuracy and simplified system design are viable through the integration of the accurate current sensing and temperature sensing functionalities. Additional features offer a high-frequency operation up to 1.25MHz, and a 70A continuous operating current capability. An ultra-low-inductance package provides a system optimized PCB footprint, reducing design time and overall system design completion.
