The parcel came in 12 days. Delivered ukrpost. Packed in an envelope with a navel. The scarf works, but when the current is heated in 2 amps so that the finger can not be held, i think about the greater current is not at all, the heat sink of the chip is missing.

ZXTR Voltage Regulators: Diodes Incorporated ZXTR Voltage Regulators are designed for use in high-voltage applications where standard linear regulators cannot be used. This function is fully integrated into either a TO252, SOT23, SOT89 or PowerDI5 package. This minimizes the PCB area and reduces the number of components compared to a multi-chip discrete solution. Diodes Incorporated ZXTR devices are ideal for input rails, networking, telecom, and Power Over Ethernet (PoE).

Gate Drivers: Diodes Incorporated Gate Drivers cover a multitude of applications in power systems and motor drives. These gate drivers act as the interface between microcontroller and IGBT or MOSFET power switches. Diodes Incorporated gate drivers provide optimum drive characteristics while controlling shoot-through.
