ADG5436F Fault Protection & Detection Dual SPDT Switches
Analog Devices ADG5436F features an analog multiplexer, containing two independently selectable single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switches for overvoltage protection up to −55V and +55V. An EN input is used to disable all the switches. For use in multiplexer applications, both switches exhibit break-before-make switching action. When powered on, each switch conducts equally well in both directions, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The digital inputs are compatible with 3V logic inputs over the full operating supply range. The low on resistance of 10Ω of the ADG5436F switches, combined with on-resistance flatness of 10Ω over a significant portion of the signal range make the ADG5436F switches well-suited for data acquisition and gain switching applications where excellent linearity and low distortion are critical.Learn More
