SKY660x-11 Linear Power Amplifiers
Skyworks SKY660x-11 Linear Power Amplifiers are fully-matched surface mount modules developed for WCDMA applications. These linear power amplifiers meet the stringent spectral linearity requirements of WCDMA femtocell applications with high power-added efficiency. The SKY660x-11 power amplifiers are GaAs Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) which contain all active amplifier circuitry that includes input and interstage matching circuits. These power amplifiers are manufactured with Skyworks InGaP GaAs HBT process which provides for all positive voltage DC supply operation and maintains high efficiency and linearity.
SKY66x-11 Linear Power Amplifiers
Skyworks SKY66x-11 Linear Power Amplifiers are fully matched amplifiers for WCDMA or 3G/4G LTE applications. These include SKY660x-11 and SKY6618x-11 linear power amplifiers. The SKY660x-11 power amplifiers meet the stringent spectral linearity requirements of WCDMA femtocell applications with high power-added efficiency. The SKY6618x-11 linear power amplifiers require minimal external components and support all 3GPP bands.
