Ultra-Small ADC: ADS1013 / ADS1014 / ADS1015: OMO Electronic ADS1013, ADS1014, and ADS1015 ultra-small, low-power 12-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) feature a 2mm X 1.5mm X 0.4mm QFN package and a wide supply range of 2.0V to 5.5V. The TI ADS1013 / ADS1014 / ADS1015 ADCs are designed with precision, power, and ease of implementation in mind and feature an onboard reference and oscillator. These TI ADCs provide low current consumption of only 150µA in continuous mode and single-shot mode that powers down automatically after a conversion. The ADS1013, ADS1014, and ADS1015 are designed for use in portable instrumentation, consumer goods, battery monitoring, temperature measurement, and factory automation and process controls.
