TGL2209 & TGL2209-SM 8-12Gh 50 Watt VPIN Limiters
Qorvo TGL2209 and TGL2209-SM 8.0-12.0 GHz 50 Watt VPIN Limiters are high power, X-band GaAs VPIN limiters capable of protecting sensitive receive channel components against high power incident signals. These devices do not require DC bias and produce a low insertion loss in small form factors. This  allows for simple integration with negligible impact to system performance. Both models operate from 8.0-12GHz with low insertion loss of less than 0.5dB. Receive protection is rated up to 50W incident pulsed-power with a low flat leakage of less than 18dBm for the TGL2209 and 18.5dBm for TGL2209-SM. The TGL2209 is offered in die form, while the TGL2209-SM is offered as a packaged limiter. All TGL series parts are lead-free, RoHS compliant, and well suited for commercial and defense related applications.Learn More
