The handkerchief came unworking, i did not argue for 30 cents, but the seller described the problem and drew on the scheme it is more clear that the voltage is 0, that would not immediately reduce the star. but the seller as a standard chinese-take off the video of inefficiency, take a photo. There would be a dispute, i would bother, and so only 1 star.
