Infineon AUIRGDC0250 1200V Soft Switching IGBT is an automotive-qualified IGBT optimized for soft switching applications such as Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) heater applications as used in electric and hybrid vehicles. It features low VCE(on) to reduce power dissipation and achieve higher power density, positive VCE(on) temperature coefficient making the device well suited for paralleling, and optimized square reverse bias safe operating area (RBSOA) while the soft switching nature of the AUIRGDC0250 makes it ideal for helping adhere to system level EMI regulations.Learn More
