These transistors are fake! I ordered them for installation in an electronic load (150 w, also bought on ali). So, at a voltage of 50 v and a current of 1,6 a with the installed radiator, the temperature on the substrate was set to 53 degrees celsius and after about 3 minutes the transistor burned (closed briefly). The autopsy showed a rather small semiconductor area in size. Everything that was happening since the autopsy was shot on camera, so it was possible to return everything to a penny and only through a dispute. The seller read the personal message, but did not even reply. Such fakes are hard to stop, and they continue to trade them!Before balashikha the goods came in 14 days.
