Skyworks AWB7x3x Power Amplifier Modules are highly linear and fully matched devices designed for picocell, femtocell, and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). These power amplifier modules feature high power efficiency and meet the needs of small cell infrastructure architectures. The AWB7x3x power amplifier modules are designed for LTE, WCDMA, and HSDPA air interfaces which operate in various frequency bands between 791MHz and 1.93GHz. The AWB7x3x power amplifier modules are manufactured using an advanced InGaP HBT MMIC technology.
AWB7138 Power Amplifier Module
Skyworks AWB7138 Power Amplifier Module is a highly linear, fully matched power amplifier module designed for picocell, femtocell, and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). This power amplifier module features high power efficiency and low adjacent channel power levels which meet the needs of small cell infrastructure architectures. The AWB7138 power amplifier module is designed for LTE, WCDMA, and HSDPA air interfaces operating in the frequency range from 791MHz to 821MHz. This power amplifier operates from a convenient 4.2V power supply and provides 30dB of gain. The AWB7138 power amplifier module is manufactured using an advanced InGaP HBT MMIC technology.
