SKY85605-11 SPDT Switch with Low-Noise Amplifier
Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY85605-11 Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) Switch with Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) is designed for wireless applications. This SPDT switch with LNA features low noise figure and offers the ability to add custom filtering between the switch and the LNA blocks. The SKY85605-11 SPDT switch operates at 3.3V and low current. The SPDT switch with LNA also features a transmit mode in which a shutdown function saves power when the device is inactive. The SKY85605-11 SPDT switch is manufactured in a compact 2.3mm x 2.3mm, 16-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package.
IoT Front-End Modules (FEM)
Skyworks Solutions Inc. IoT Front-End Modules (FEM) provide compatibility with multiple wireless standards and SoCs/RFICs in a single RF module. The IoT FEM is ideal for wireless connectivity, allowing ZigBee, Thread, and Bluetooth® standards, with Bluetooth 5 included. The IoT FEM is an efficient Internet of Things (IoT) solution when paired with a system on Chip (SoC) platform, resulting in a longer battery life and extended transmission range.
