Took about a month to deliver, so it's good, as estimated.I tried it out, and it works great!My usb charger supplies 4.83V, and the charging cutoff was 3.92V. This is a bit lower, but I think it's my charger's low voltage output to blame. Anyway I'm satisfied because I'm not using my battery powered device so often, so it's good for the battery.Short circuit protection works great.Haven't tested the discharge cutoff yet, but I will leave additional feedback when I do.I recommend this seller.Cheers!
