It was surprising quickly all the details correspond to the denominations

Fake transistors. By datasheet at base current 1a and collector current 12 amp voltage drop ce no more than 1 volt. In reality, already with the current of the collector 3 amps, the drop of 1 volt and the current no longer increases, only the voltage drop on the ce increases. True voltage breakdown collector emitter 900 volts.The seller is silent apparently knows everything perfectly.In fairness, i will say that the same seller previously bought the same transistors but the case to-247, they were quite consistent with datasheet. This is a lottery.The case did not open, as the seller in general is normal, the remaining 20 items of the order are quite high quality.
