Zener-Protected SuperMESH3 Power MOSFETs: STMicroelectronics new SuperMESH3™ Power MOSFETs are obtained through the combination of a further fine tuning of ST's well established strip-based PowerMESH™ layout with a new optimization of the vertical structure. In addition to reducing on-resistance significantly down, special attention has been taken to ensure that these MOSFETs have a very good dynamic performance coupled with a very large avalanche capability for the most demanding switching applications. SuperMESH3™ Power MOSFETs now come in voltages up to 1200V.
