eSMP™ SlimDPAK Schottky Rectifiers
Vishay Semiconductors eSMP™ SlimDPAK Schottky Rectifiers offer low forward voltage drop, and low power losses in a high efficiency package. The SlimDPAK Schottky Rectifiers have 86% less space overall and 57% less in height, than the traditional DPAK. The standard and automotive Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) Rectifiers have a very low profile, with a height of 1.3mm and are ideal for automated placement. The SlimDPAK package has a 200% decrease in current rating compared to the traditional DPAK.
High-Current Density TMBS eSMP Rectifiers
Vishay High-Current Density Surface Mount TMBS eSMP Rectifiers are ideal for automated placement and feature Trench MOS Schottky technology (TMBS). These eSMP rectifiers are housed in a low-profile package with a typical height of 1.3mm. The rectifiers have a low forward voltage drop, low power losses and high efficiency operation. Typical applications are for use in low-voltage high-frequency DC/DC converters, freewheeling diodes and polarity protection applications.
