General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes: Littlefuse General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes protect electronics from transient voltage damage. The wide selection offers diodes that meet industry requirements to solve multiple exposure issues.

Ethernet ESD, Lightning, & Power Fault Protection: Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection ensures that the power fault overcurrent can be protected with Telelink fuses. The Ethernet Power Fault Protection includes the SMCJ and SP40 TVS Diode, SP3, SRV05xx, LC03xx, and SP40xx Diode Array, and the 0461xxx Fuse series. Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection products meet various applicable standards.

Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes: Littelfuse Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes are designed to limit the amount of unwanted voltages to prevent damage by blocking the surges.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA): Littelfuse TVS Diode Arrays SPA™ (Silicon Protection Arrays) are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. The TVS SPA diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

Industrial Communication & Control: Littelfuse Industrial Communication and Control provides protection for RS-485 and Ethernet applications. The Industrial RS-485 features the capability of driving multiple ports, a fast speed rating of 10Mbps, and a long-distance transmission of 1500. Industrial Ethernet provides a long-distance transmission of 100m, a 30W PoE+ rating, and a fast speed rating of 1Gbps. Littelfuse Industrial Communication and Control RS-485 and Ethernet devices are ideal for energy meters, factory automation, wind control, and human machine interface.

Littelfuse SP3312T Series 3.3V 15A Diode Array: Littelfuse SP3312T Series 3.3V 15A Diode Array integrates 4 channels, 2 differential pair, of low capacitance diodes to protect sensitive I/O pins against lightning induced surge events and ESD. The SP3312T Series can safely absorb up to 15A per IEC61000-4-5 (tp=8/20µs) without performance degradation and a minimum ±30kV ESD per IEC61000-4-2 international standard. They feature a low 1.3pF (TYP) per I/O capacitance, low leakage current of 0.01µA (TYP) at 3.3V and low variation in capacitance and are ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins.
