The IoT FEM is ideal for wireless connectivity, allowing ZigBee, Thread, and Bluetooth® standards, with Bluetooth 5 included. The IoT FEM is an efficient Internet of Things (IoT) solution when paired with a system on Chip (SoC) platform, resulting in a longer battery life and extended transmission range.
Skyworks 873-SKY65367-11 RF Front End
Skyworks 873-SKY65367-11 RF Front End is a high performance, transmit/receive front end module. The device includes a power amplifier that transmits more than +30dBM of output power. All functions can be controlled by a three wire interface. The receive chain consists of a low-loss, single-pole, triple throw switch which provides an insertion loss of about 0.4dB. It has 3 separate Vcc pins that enable maximum RF isolation.Learn more
