TDC-GPX2 Time-to-Digital Converter
ams TDC-GPX2 Time-to-Digital Converter is a high-performance 4-channel front-end device. This converter achieves the highest measurement performance and highest data throughput with LVDS stop inputs and LVDS serial outputs for each channel. Current saving operation is also possible with CMOS inputs and SPI readout. The TDC-GPX2 converter operates without any locked loop technologies. The high-configuration flexibility and unlimited measurement range cover many applications like automated test equipment, laser range and ToF measurements, medical imaging, LIDAR, RADAR, and SONAR.
