BTS3060TF Smart Low-Side Power Switch
Infineon BTS3060TF Smart Low-Side Power Switch is a 50mOhm single channel Smart Low-Side Power Switch. It comes in a PG-TO252-3 package that provides embedded protective functions. This includes active clamping for overvoltage, active current limitation for PCB and wiring protection, ESD protection and overtemperature shutdown. The power transistor is built by a N-channel vertical power MOSFET. The device is monolithically integrated. The BTS3060TF is automotive qualified and is optimized for 12V automotive and industrial applications. Typical applications include relay replacement, solenoids, small motors and lambda heating.Learn More
