TS12A4514/TS12A4515 Analog Switches
OMO Electronic TS12A4514/TS12A4515 Analog Switches delivers low-voltage, in a single pole/single throw (SPST) single supply CMOS including very low switch ON-state resistance. The TS12A4514 is normally open (NO), the TS12A4515 is normally closed (NC). The TS12A4514/TS12A4515 CMOS Switches operates continuously between 2V and 12V with a single supply. Rail-to-rail analog signals are enabled individually per switch. The device provides only 1nA at 25°C or 10nA at 85°C OFF-leakage current maximum.
