These rectifiers feature a low forward voltage drop, high efficiency, and low power losses. The eSMP SMP rectifiers operate at temperature ranging from -55ºC to 175ºC. These rectifiers are lead-free, halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and available in an AEC-Q101 qualified version. The eSMP SMP Schottky rectifiers are available in a DO-220AA SMP case. Typical applications include high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection in commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.Learn More
