NCP177 Linear Voltage Regulators: ON Semiconductor NCP177 Linear Voltage Regulators provide up to 0.5A of load current and maintain excellent output voltage accuracy of 0.8% at 25ºC. The operating input voltage ranges from 1.6V to 5.5V making these devices suitable for Li−ion battery powered products and post-regulation applications. The NCP177 are available in several fixed output voltage options and others are possible on request in range from 0.7V to 3.6V.
