QPF4588 Wi-Fi Module
Qorvo QPF4588 Wi-Fi Module is an integrated Wi-Fi Front-End Module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi® 6 (IEEE 802.11ax) systems. This Wi-Fi FEM operates at 5150MHz to 5925MHz frequency range. The QPF4588 Wi-Fi module integrates a 5GHz Power Amplifier (PA), a regulator, Single Pole Two Throw (SP2T) Switch, a bypassable Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), and a coupler. This Wi-Fi FEM focuses performance on optimizing PA for 5V operation that reduces power consumption and maintains high linear output with leading-edge throughput. The QPF4588 Wi-Fi module integrates power detection with an integrated RF power detector and a DC power detector. This Wi-Fi FEM offers integrated die level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics with 2.4GHz rejection for DBDC operation.
