Maxim Integrated IC MAX1104x Bipolar ADCs
Maxim Integrated IC MAX11044, MAX11045, and MAX11046 are the industry's first single-supply bipolar ADCs with high-impedance input. These Maxim Integrated IC 16-bit bipolar ADCsoffer 4, 6, or 8 independent input channels, feature independent trackand hold and SAR circuitry, and provide simultaneous sampling at 250kspsfor each channel. The MAX11044, MAX11045, and MAX11046accept a ±5V input with all inputs overrange protected with internal±20mA input clamps providing overrange protection with a simple externalresistor. The Maxim Integrated IC 1104x ADC series operates with a4.75V to 5.25V analog supply and a separate flexible 2.7V to 5.25Vdigital supply for interfacing with the host without a level shifter.The MAX11044, MAX11045, and MAX11046 are ideal foruse in automatic test equipment, multiphase motor control, power-factormonitoring / correction, power-grid protection, and vibration / waveformanalysis.Learn More
