Automotive Op Amps: STMicroelectronics Automotive Op Amps meet the requirements of extreme reliability and quality demanded by the market. The Op Amps support temperature ranges that can go up to 150°C. These automotive grade operational amplifiers offer AECQ100 and Q101 compliance, TS-16949 certification, and PPAP availability.

TSZ12x Operational Amplifiers: STMicroelectronics' TSZ12x Operational Amplifiers offer very low input offset voltages with virtually zero drift. The TSZ121 is the single version, TSZ122 the dual version, and TSZ124 the quad version, with pinouts compatible with industry standards. The TSZ12x series offers rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 400kHz gain bandwidth product, while consuming less than 40μA at 5V. The devices also feature an ultra-low input bias current. These features make the TSZ12x family ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered applications and portable applications.

Standard Products: STMicroelectronics Standard Products are a broad range of industry-standard and drop-in replacements for the most popular general-purpose analog ICs, discrete and serial EEPROMs. The Standard Products are manufactured to the highest quality standards with many AECQ-qualified for automotive applications. A comprehensive set of design aids, including SPICE, IBIS models and simulation tools, are available to make adding to a design-in easy.

Low Power Op Amps: STMicroelectronics Low Power Op Amps include several series covering different voltage ranges. The portfolio features as many possible combinations of power consumption and gain bandwidth. This provides the optimal performance for the appropriate power budget. ST’s low-power operational amplifier solutions include widely used devices, but also provide design engineers with upgrade options. These include better accuracy, a standby feature and small packages.

Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps): STMicroelectronics Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) portfolio consists of high-performance, low-power, precision op amps housed in tiny packages. This micropower op amp portfolio features consumption as low as 2µA with standard and high-performance op amps. The portfolio is made of space-saving packages, like DFN, QFN, SOT-23 and SC-70.

Precision Op Amps: STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps (<50 MHz) feature micropower consumption, zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. This micropower op amp portfolio has consumption as low as 2µA with space-saving packages like DFN, QFN, SOT-23 and SC-70. Rail-to-rail input and output functions, associated with an extended power supply range from 2.7V to 16V, allows the devices to be used on a wide range of applications.
