AD8174 Switching Multiplexers: Analog Devices AD8174 features 4:1 high-speed buffered switching multiplexers. The multiplexers have an internal, current-feedback output amplifier. Designers can program the device's gain through external resistors. AD8174 is capable of delivering 50mA of output current. The AD8174 multiplexers provide −3dB signal bandwidth of 250MHz and a slew rate greater than 1000V/μs. In addition, the AD8174 offers excellent video specifications with a low 0.02% differential gain, 0.05° low differential phase error, and 0.1dB flatness out to 85MHz. The AD8174 multiplexers are low-power devices and consume only 9.7mA from a ±5V supply. With low −78dB at 5MHz of crosstalk and greater than −88dB at 5MHz isolation, the AD8174 multiplexers are well-suited for a wide range of high-speed applications.Learn More
