HMC994A RF Amplifiers: Analog Devices HMC994A features GaAs MMIC pHEMT Distributed Power Amplifiers operating between DC-30GHz. Consuming only 250mA from a +10V supply, the HMC994A Amplifiers deliver 14dB of gain, +39dBm output IP3, and +28dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression. The HMC994A Amplifiers achieve a slightly positive gain slope from 2-20GHz, making the amplifiers ideal for EW, ECM, radar, and test equipment applications. With up to 39dBm Output IP3, the HMC994A Amplifiers are also ideal for high linearity applications in military and space as well as test equipment using high-order modulations. Internally matched to 50Ω, the HMC994A Amplifiers' I/Os facilitate the integration into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs). Learn More
