The STMicroelectronics STPS40M100C power Schottky rectifier is suited for high frequency switch mode power supply. The STMicroelectronics STPS40M100C provides high efficiency at low and high load and is intended for use in notebook, game station, and desktop adapters. This STMicroelectronics Schottky rectifier has high current capability, is avalanche rated, and provides low forward voltage drop current.
