AQHVxx-01LTG Series TVS Diode Arrays
Littelfuse AQHVxx-01LTG Series TVS Diode Arrays are designed to provide an option for very fast acting, high performance over-voltage protection. The diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level of the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation and safely conduct up to 10A (AQHV12) of induced surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition, tP=8/20μs) with very low clamping voltages. The AQHVxx-01LTG Series is ideal for power interfaces, passenger charging interfaces, and well as LED lighting modules, and low speed I/Os. They will protect sensitive equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other overvoltage transients. The series is AEC-Q101 qualified.
TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)
Littelfuse TVS Diode Arrays SPA™ (Silicon Protection Arrays) are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. The TVS SPA diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

Littlefuse Automotive Qualified SPA TVS Diodes are PPAP (production part approval process) capable with a single origin flow from wafer creation and testing to tape and reel. The AEC-Q101 qualified diodes offer durable protection for current and emerging automotive technologies.
AQHVxx-01LTG-C Series TVS Diode Arrays
Littelfuse AQHVxx-01LTG-C Series TVS Diode Arrays provide highly effective ESD, EFT, and lightning surge protection. The 300W discrete bidirectional diodes have a rating of ±30kV ESD, which exceeds the maximum ESD rating requirements as defined in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard without suffering any performance degradation. The AQHV12-C components can withstand up to 10A of surge current as defined by IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition providing low voltage clamping levels during lightning induced events. The AQHVxx-01LTG-C Series is ideal for power interfaces, passenger charging interfaces, LED lighting modules, low speed I/Os, and is AEC-Q101 qualified.
