OMO Electronic TPS6280x 1A Ultra-Low Iq Step-Down Converters offer a tiny solution size of 1.05 x 0.70mm in a Chip Scale Package. Providing 2.3µA typical quiescent current, the TPS6280x Converters maintain high efficiency by seamlessly entering Power Save Mode to reduce switching cycles. The device operates with tiny inductors and capacitors via TI’s DCS-Control™ topology creating up to a 4MHz/1.5MHz switching frequency.
