MP1475S & MP1474S Synchronous Step-Down Converters
Monolithic Power Systems MP1475S and MP1474S synchronous step-down converters are high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converters with built-in power MOSFETs. The MP1475S delivers 3A continuous output current, and the MP1474S delivers 4A with load and line regulation over a 4.5V to 16V input range. The MP1475S and MP1474S synchronous mode operation delivers higher efficiency over the output current-load range. Current mode operation provides fast transient response which eases loop stabilization. Protection features include over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown (TSD). The MP1475S and MP1474S need only a few external components, and is available in an 8-pin TSOT23 package.Learn More
