IFX1763 Wide Input Range Low-Noise LDO Regulators: Infineon IFX1763 Wide Input Range Low-Noise LDO Regulators are 500mA micropower, low noise, low dropout voltage regulators. These devices are capable of supplying an output current of 500mA with a dropout voltage of 320mV. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the low quiescent current of 30μA makes these an ideal choice. A key feature of the IFX1763 is its low output noise. By adding an external 0.01μF bypass capacitor output noise values down to 24μVRMS over a 10Hz to 100kHz bandwidth can be reached. The IFX1763 voltage regulator is stable with output capacitors as small as 3.3μF. Small ceramic capacitors can be used without the series resistance required by many other regulators.Learn More
