OptiMOS™ 5 Power MOSFETs
Infineon OptiMOS™ 5 Power MOSFETs are designed to meet requirements for improved system efficiency while reducing system costs. These devices feature lower RDS(on) and Figure of Merit (RDS(on) x Qg) compared to alternative devices.
