HMC543ALC4B 4-Bit Digital Phase Shifters
Analog Devices HMC543ALC4B 4-Bit Digital Phase Shifters are rated from 8 to 12GHz and have an extremely low insertion loss variation of ±0.8dB across all phase states. The phase shifters provide 0 to 360 degrees of phase coverage with an LSB of 22.5 degrees. These high accuracy phase shifters are controlled by complementary logic of 0/-3V, and requires no fixed bias voltage. The HMC543ALC4B is internally matched to 50Ω and requires no external components. Designers can use simple external-level shifting circuitry to convert a positive CMOS control voltage into complementary negative control signals. The HMC543ALC4B 4-Bit Digital Phase Shifters are ideal for EW receivers, weather & military radar, satellite communications, and beamforming modules.Learn More
