ON Semiconductor TCP-5018UB 1.8pF Passive Tunable Integrated Circuit (PTIC) offers excellent RF performance and low power consumption, making it ideal for mobile handset or radio applications.ON Semiconductor PTICs have the ability to change their capacitance from a supplied bias voltage generated by a Control IC. The tunability is due to the material called ParaScan™ based on Barium Strontium Titanate (BST). The ferroelectric characteristics of ParaScan allows a large variation of the electric constant.The TCP-5018UB features an ultra−high 5:1 tuning range, and an operation range from 2V to 24V. This PTIC is offered in a 6-bump Wafer-Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP), is Pb−free, and RoHS compliant.Learn More
