These devices combine a PWM controller, driver, and MOSFETs into a small PQFN package for ease-of-use. SupIRBuck™ POL Voltage Regulators: Infineon SupIRBuck™ Synchronous Buck Regulators are an easy-to-use, fully integrated and highly efficient DC/DC regulators. The on-board PWM controller and MOSFETs make these devices a space-efficient solution, providing accurate power delivery for low output voltage applications. These buck regulators are versatile regulators which offer programmability of switching frequency and current limit while operating in wide input and output voltage range. They feature important protection functions, such as Pre-Bias startup, thermally compensated current limit and thermal shutdown to give required system level security in the event of fault conditions.
