HF900 Flyback Regulators: Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) HF900 Flyback Regulators are offline switching regulators with an integrated 900V MOSFET. The HF900 Flyback Regulators have a programmable fixed switching frequency up to 300kHz and a frequency jittering function to reduce the noise level. A single resistor programs the operating frequency externally. This allows the power supply's radiated energy to avoid interference with wireless communication. The peak-current-mode control provides an excellent transient response and eases loop compensation. Designers can use the HF900 Regulators to deliver excellent power regulation for AC/DC applications requiring high reliability. These applications include smart meters, industrial controls, large appliances, and products powered by unstable AC grids. Because HF900 minimizes electromagnetic interference in wireless communication, these regulators are also an excellent option for home and building automation applications.Learn More
