Most important stuff first. Items never arrived. 90 days. This has happened to me sometimes, but the sellers usually are really quick to solve the issues. I have been patiently waiting and the seller even extended the buyer protection. When I contact the seller I’m greeted with an automated response describing that I should wait patiently, goods are in transit. All my questions stay unanswered. I waited and waited. I asked many questions, but it’s always the same response. Yesterday (16/4 - 2019) I was not able to open a dispute anymore. I wrote to the seller again, and guess what? Same response. So I contacted Aliexpress support and they fixed the issue right away with full refund. If just the seller could answer we could have worked these issues out. Who knows? Maybe the items never where sent or they got lost in shipping along the way (no tracking). So I have to give negative feedback because of this. To be fair I will contact the seller again and pay in full if the items do arrive.
