Ordered 13.07., received 26.07. Packing is antistatic package and puffed out outside. The circuit works. The chip xl4015e1 is a little heated, it is better to install a small radiator, i put the copper plate through the thermal paste, bent and put on as a clothespin. The circuit is universal for both charging batteries and for high power leds.
