ACS108-8TN AC Switch
STMicroelectronics ACS108-8TN AC Switch is an overvoltage-protected switch built with A.S.D.® technology. The ACS108-8TN switch offers a high-performance and controls a load of up to 0.8A. This switch includes overvoltage crowbar structure to absorb the inductive turn-off energy and a gate level shifter to separate the digital controller from the main switch. The ACS108-8TN overvoltage protected AC switch is triggered by a negative gate current, flowing out of the gate pin. This ACS108-8TN switch features high noise immunity against static dV/dt and IEC 61000-4-4 burst, needs no external protection snubber or varistor, and interfaces directly with MCU ECOPACKR2. The ACS108-8TN AC switch operates from -40°C to 125°C temperature range and supports -40°C to 150°C storage temperature. Typical applications include industrial control systems, relay, solenoid, dispenser, fan, door lock, and lamp.
