AC/DC Converter ICs: ROHM Semiconductor AC/DC Converter ICs are designed with integrated FETs and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) for a variety of applications. These AC/DC converter ICs provide an ideal system for products that include an electrical outlet. The AC/DC converter ICs feature auto-restart capability, 650V circuit start voltage, and low switching frequencies of 65kHz and 100kHz. These converter ICs are available in the more commonly used SOP8 SMD package. Typical applications include AC adapters, industrial equipment, and household appliances.

Quasi-Resonant BD768xFJ DC/DC Converter IC: ROHM Quasi-Resonant BD768xFJ DC/DC Converter IC provides an optimum system for all products that include an electrical outlet. The quasi-resonant operation enables soft switching and helps to keep EMI low. Design with a high degree of flexibility is achieved with switching MOSFETs and current detection resistors as external devices.
