These highly integrated high-side switches incorporate a broad range of smart features like diagnosis and protection. PROFET switches consist of a DMOS power transistor and CMOS logic circuitry for complete built-in protection against overload, short-circuit, excessive temperature, ground loss, power supply loss, and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The PROFET family of devices is also capable of protecting against dynamic overvoltage, such as load dump and inductive load turn-off. AUIR33402S Automotive Grade Power Switches
Infineon Technologies AUIR33402S Automotive Grade Power Switches are high side switches with 7 terminals. These power switches come in a D2Pak-7-Leads package and are suitable for a variable speed DC motor. The Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) capability of these power switches is up to 20kHz. AUIR33402S includes a special gate driver that dynamically manages MOSFET Dv/Dt control. Integrated Cboot disconnect protection ensures safe operation of these switches in a harsh automotive environment. AUIR33402S offers over temperature and under voltage shutdown. These power switches also provide ESD, GND, IN, and bootstrap pin loss protection. AUIR33402S serves fan engine cooling, air conditioning blower, pumps, and HVAC compressor.
