Ordered the party irf740, reached omsk in 48 days. Checked-all 10 pcs. Working, do not magnetize, the channel resistance is about 1,2-1,4 ohm, the shutter capacity is about 2,37 nf.Last time this seller ordered the same batch of irf740, on one burned transistor removed the scalp and was surprised that there was a big enough crystal, which was not expected. Under heavy loads keep well, do not burn immediately. Nevertheless, they are similar to non-original, but still high-quality for such a price!
