BD6201xFS-E2 Brushless Fan Motor Controllers
ROHM BD6201xFS-E2 3-Phase Brushless Fan Motor Controllers synthesize the optimal driving signal from hall sensor signals. They then output the synthesized signal to control the external level shifter and power transistor. The BD6201xFS-E2 have a pin compatibility with BD62011FS, BD62012FS and BD62014FS, making replacement easy. The controllers have a wide variety of applications with an optimum motor drive and motor unit standardization.
