STPS20M/30M Power Schottky Rectifiers
STMicroelectronics STPS20M/30M Power Schottky Rectifiers are single and dual diode schottky rectifiers that are suited for high frequency switch mode power supply applications. The STPS20M/30M Power Schottky Rectifiers feature high current capability, low forward voltage drop, high frequency operation and are avalanche rated. Each of these STMicroelectronics STPS20M/30M Power Schottky Rectifiers have a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 60V and are available in 2x10A, 20A and 30A average forward current ratings. Available packages for these devices include I2PAK, D2PAK, TO-220AB, TO-220FPAB, and TO-220AC.
