High Speed Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers
Vishay High-Speed Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers utilize a high efficient input LED coupled with an integrated optical photodiode IC detector in DIP-6 and SMD-6 packages. These 1MBd high-speed optocouplers feature an open collector transistor output with Schmitt-Trigger functionality for easy integration into digital systems. The Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers offer guaranteed On/Off threshold hysteresis and minimum Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) of 10kV/μs. The 3V to 15V wide power supply range of these optocouplers enable isolated level shifting in applications that use different voltage domains.
