These features allow designers to meet compact, high efficiency design requirements avoiding the need to specify larger diodes for higher current applications. Bourns CD-MBL Bridge Rectifiers offer a forward current of 1A (CD-MBL1xx) or 2A (CD-MBL2xx) and a range of repetitive peak reverse voltages between 200V and 1000V.
