STMicroelectronics AS11P2TLR, AS21P2TLR are high speed CMOS low voltage single/dual analog SPDT (single-pole doublethrow) switches or 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer switches manufactured using silicon gate C²MOS technology. With fast switching speed, break-before-make delay time and ultra low power consumption the AS11P2TLR, AS21P2TLR are ideal for portable applications.
